Our missionWhere we actually are
House Spek is live, revenue has been received, and builder engagement is underway. As at September 2026 there are 112 signed in users and 57 properties, and some of those properties are our own examples.
Small numbers, and we are not going to dress them up. The record itself is the part that cannot be retrofitted, so it was built first.
